Ratings and reviews

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

useless, have to ask speaker to find my phone at least 20 times when needed, only to be told my voice doesn't match. literally have retrained it at minimum 10 times over the last 10 years trying to be as neutral as possible as well as using every tone and inflection I can muster, but the accuracy of the speakers never improves. maybe ease up on the accuracy parameters, I'm not worried about someone sneaking into the house and mimicking my voice or something to try to find my phone. useless

There are so many features that don't work reliably and it's so hard to navigate and find the settings etc that you are looking for. It's nearly impossible to find any help/support. You click on a link to help and you end up going in circles. It's not my Internet (fiber) or network everything else works fine. Some family members can view video history and others can't because there is some error. Tried and checked everything we can find but nothing fixes it. (not a network/internet problem)
