NOTHING with Google nest home works! Why they can't seem to get the system to work properly is beyond me. I have a hub, a doorbell, several cameras, a wifi router & 3 extenders, and I don't think they have EVER worked in sync the way they are suppose to. I don't know if updates are continually causing the issues, but I STRONGLY discourage you from purchasing this system for your smart home/security needs!! The equipment never fully communicates with the other equipment or the app! Waste of $!!!

can't wait to get my teeth into the new automation features. sadly it's so inconsistent at the moment I can rarely even see my Device, let alone start to set up automations. I just get the spinning wheel or nothing happens. sometimes Reboot fixes it. sometimes being off WiFi? it's really odd. it's like it's constantly trying to refresh the device list and just gets stuck. please please please fix this if possible! Google pixel 9 phone running latest version of android. happy to email screenshots

lots of devices just stopped working.... how about some floating up some error messages as to WHY home thinks the devices are 'off line'. Simply stating 'off line' is not useful when I know for a fact they are online and accessible via their native apps. back 'on line' now after re-authenticating. yeah, no the passwords had not changed. simply for some unknown reason home dropped the link. useful error messages please.
