I have been trying to cancel my account and it won't let me!!!! I have tried using the help section on the app because the email no longer is valid and everytime I try to delete my account it bugs out on me and shows a black screen that won't let me do anything!!! I don't need the app and shouldn't have to pay for it!!! It should not be this hard or frustrating to cancel a service that you don't want anymore!!!!! I would give it 0 stars if that was possible!

The app appears very buggy. Won't update my location, won't let me change credit cards, delete credit cards, go to help or leave tips. UPDATE: Turns out there is a major implementation flaw. Lyft seems to be blocking international IPs or something. This is why I can order a car while on Wi-Fi, but as soon as I connect to cellular with my overseas SIM, the app stops working.

This application used to work very effectively. Now it's almost impossible to get to places on time. It'll show an asigned driver to pick you up in 5 minutes and it's 30 minutes wait sometimes, at other times with the excuse of getting you the closest driver it'll be about 3 or 4 different ones, by the time you get picked up it's over 25 minutes wait. Very disappointed.
