I started with 3 days per week to make sure I really accomplish. After a few weeks, I see I feel much better physically and it is not hard any longer. Our body learns and gets used faster than we think. It is a positive and hopeful experience, also, to get confident I can make my life different. I recommend this app and the others that I combine along. Bring it on! You can do it!!

I really enjoy this app and can only recommend it. The exercises are well explained and the programs a good mix of exercises. Music is very relaxing and duration of programs short enough to still do something even on busy days ir in a short break. Also love the possibility to mix your own program. There are ads, of course, but they are kept at a nice level that still allows to make good use of the app without getting irritated.

I have been using the premium version of this app for like 6 months now, 3 of which I used it daily, mainly for working on my split. It is a great app on the premium version and well worth the 1-year subscription. I don't like that it does not sync your progress across devices. Also, the programs are too short to be really useful unless you do them daily, several on a day or you increase the time. Otherwise I find the programs really fun and diverse. My health and flexibility improved.
