I recently started using the Stress and Mindfulness Feature on the app. While it's good at first your options are limited, unless of course you have Fitbit premium which you have to pay for. At the start of the week you have access to the library which you gives you a fair bit of free options. But after that, the rest of the week only 'Beginning Your Journey' is available with only 6 'Available to You' sessions. It gets a little repetitive, and you can't manually add a session.

Meh, I could do without all the email ads telling me to buy a new one. I just want the app to talk to the device like it is supposed to. It does, most of the time...things like pushing a grocery cart or walking on a treadmill the device and app don't agree on what's happening. So the app doesn't record anything. Edit...downgraded to 2 stars still. now the battery and phone won't sync at all. customer service is even worse than before.

Gets better with each update! Easily the best-looking M3 Expressive fitness app. It is a hub for tracking all things health and fitness. I enjoy getting little summaries of all the things I did fitness-wise that day. I still am wanting more in terms of shortcuts, namely widgets, especially since the nutrition section is kinda buried. There exists legacy shortcuts to things like logging food and water, but they bypass the new Public Preview interface and instead opens the legacy Fitbit app.
What’s new
* To keep getting the latest Fitbit app updates, you'll need to make sure your device is running Android 11 or later. * Bug fixes and performance improvements.
