the customer support is so poor. The app also, without explanation,changes pick up addresses. I had this happen to me and no option to change the pick up address to where I actually was. I was forced to cancel and then rebooked, and had to pay a $5 higher rate. I have screenshots to prove everything. that I booked under the correct address and what the price was when I booked the reservation. it's awful to treat customers this way and customer service is so obtuse.

Really good service from the drivers, but on app not always accurate or consistent prices, for example if you search a journey get the price ready to confirm and pay and for whatever reason go out of the app and go back into it immediately, the price for the same journey increases anywhere from a couple of pounds to a fiver! also I was in London and paid for an Uber then the app added another £2 on for congestion charge that I didn't agree to!I only knew because of my Email summary! Be careful!

April 2026 Edit: Yet again Uber estimated a trip (normal) to be half the time it actually took 30 extra minutes. Everything in the app is overpriced, but the last straw was an Uber trip I took where the app said I would arrive in 30 minutes if I took a shared ride. the moment I set foot in the car, the app updated to an hour. A few minutes off is fine, but twice the trip time is absurd. to make matters worse this company thinks AI is customer support, so this is the only way to make a complaint.
