Nothing works. I can't activate help. It does not find my watch no matter what I do. I've reset the watch and started over 3 times. I've added watch apps and removed them 3 times. This app just doesn't see the watch. Bluetooth on, wifi on. Bluetooth off, wifi off. I've tried all the different combinations, and it still does not see my watch. Its a Galaxy 6 watch. It all worked a month ago. Now I can't use the watch faces that I have paid for.

Since the most recent Android update, my watch hasn't connected to my phone. I check the Bluetooth on the phone, it says it's connected, the same when I check Bluetooth connectivity on my phone, but the watch face says it isn't connected and messages don't get through. I tried unpairing/pairing several times without success so I did a factory reset. Now it doesn't connect at all, it gets to a certain point in the set up and says it can't update the phone and that I need to factory reset again.

I have 3 watches linked on this app, all of the do not work correctly. The app won't load in and you have to constantly start your phone and watch from the start to link them. I have a Samsung galaxy watch 6 & ultra and also tag heuer connected E45. This is so frustrating and their is no other app I can download to substitute this useless app, please can someone give me any tips!?
