there's hardly any order delivery where I don't face any issues. this has been happening for a few months now. I hardly remember 1-2 deliveries of mine in the last month or so where there hasn't been an issue with my order. when you put a complaint, then the reply would be - 'sorry for 'less than perfect' experience' 'less than perfect?' You run a food delivery app that is the very BASIC of your operations!!

I had ordered for me and my friends, but we quickly changed our minds within a few mins, 2-3 mins after. I didn't know they would charge a full cancellation fee for the entire order and yeah, I reached out to their helpline to ask if there were any workarounds but yeah, USELESS. Overall, really disappointed that they treat their customers like this. Safe to say, my friends and I have stopped using this app. Please Do Better.

I tried my level best to cancel the order the very next second of placing the order due to address issues. However, they did not provide any such option to do so. I also had a word with chat executive for cancellation. But they denied to do so stating they're unable to process cancellation requests. Ended up getting the order delivered at wrong address & gone through mental agony!!
