It seems that this product is not very useful in India, and I'm not sure why Google launched it here. We can't see loyalty points or QR codes, and it doesn't support some public transportation systems in India. Currently, only our phone numbers are visible on the loyalty cards page, but we need to see actual points. It would also be beneficial if you collaborated with third-party app developers to integrate support for Google Wallet. Without these improvements, the app is unnecessary in india.

Used to be great. Now...not so great. The new security features whilst understandable have crippled the app and some features don't work. Supposedly, public transport payments can be allowed without additional verification but this never works. Previously I could get on the bus, wake my phone, tap n go. Now, I don't just have to wake my phone, I have to unlock (using fingerprint) it completely before tapping. This feature needs sorting. Also, allow users to set a security limit (eg: £50-100)

I have been using the app for a long time, and I found it to be very good. Since the last update, I have only had problems, I can no longer add my cards. I get an error that the cell phone has no internet connection, I have already tried with Wifi / Mobile data and I still have the same problem. I have already reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and everything is still the same.
