"What I would like to see is some kind of verification step (biometric) for phones before tap to pay. I know it has already been here for transit passes but would like to see it for bank cards too." Broken app. Stuck on "view wallet" screen. Has my concert tickets on it. Checked on them before the weekend and the app was fine. Now it's completely screwed up and I can't see my tickets, not any of my other membership cards or anything. Only way to fix this is to actually add a credit card to the app. Disgusting infringement on my rights. Makes me less financially safe.

A bit annoying that it requires you to unlock your phone if you haven't in a while (when you want to pay). Also note that if you switch phones, then any cards you've added via a photo will not transfer. You'll have to re-add them to Wallet. Added plane tickets also don't seem to update when info has changed. These problems aside, it works well in general. It's a lot quicker and more responsive than using my bank's own app to pay. For public transport, you can disable the unlock requirement.
