Ratings and reviews

The app itself and the restaurants choice is good. The problem starts when there is a problem - there is multiple. The couriers are really taking their time. Often even driving in the opposite direction when orders are ready. If you report it - refund and nothing else. It happened like 5 times in a row and every time the same answer - refund. It would be ok if not for the fact that it happens right when all the restaurants are closing and I'm left without food. Tldr: app good, couriers very bad.

Overall the app experience is ok, the choice of restaurants is acceptable, the delivery time decent and the delivery prices are fair. The problem starts if you make a complaint about the order. No partial refunds, no vouchers for future orders, no free of charge delivery with missing part of the order - only either voucher for bolt taxi services (which i don't really use) or i can reorder the part that was missing, pay for it, wait for it to be delivered, and they would refund it in some time.

I really enjoyed this App for the longest time, decent restaurant choices and good prices, it was my main app for ordering food, which I do almost daily. Lately the experience can however only be described as horrible. Orders ready for pickup need anything from 20-30 minutes before a courier shows up at the restaurant- which results in the food delivered being soggy, cold and not really tasty, because delivery will usually take another 20-30 minutes. Cannot recommend at all.
