I have a huge beef with whatever update may have just happened. I shouldn't need to verify myself every freakin time I login. especially when I use the biometric scanner to login. Plus I click the "TRUST THIS DIVICE" check mark... But still I have to verify every freakin time. it's annoying especially when I'm in a hurry. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!!

A while ago there was this annoying notification that popped up every time I opened the app to turn on notifications when I had them turned on already. I guess back that big annoying pop up that covers my whole damn page is back again and I have my notifications turned on so could you please hire someone with more than one brain cell to fix it? I don't need some BS reply from a robot telling me they're sorry, just fix the damn thing. A banking app should work 100% 100% of the time.

This is infuriating. I've tried logging into my account on the application. It doesn't work, then it locked my account for attempting too many times. I've try resetting the password by calling the number on the back but the application doesn't let me. I have tried the online one to see if the problem was just the application. The website works, but the application is broken. I will stop using the app until the problem is fixed. Updated: Thank you Josie for fixing my problem in a timely manner

You may have noticed more updates lately and we know this can be disruptive. We appreciate your understanding as they are required for our new sign-in features and security improvements.
