Good luck getting it to log in and actually view your HVR or captured video. Easily the least user friendly app I've used in a while. There is no real fast-forward option so you cannot scan through video from the day. The motion capture is not at all intuitive, you're better off leaving it recording. And if you actually want to log in and view your cameras, it really only works while your phone is on the same wifi as the camera system. The interface is clunky like a 90s movie. Total garbage.

Less than optimal. It's difficult to select playback times to the minute, the slide bar moves too much. Aside from the app, the customer service isn't great at all and the system I had lasted only 6 months before the cameras stopped working correctly. I wouldn't recommend this product or others if you may ever need service or support.

App never allows me to view my cameras remote on Android. What's the point of having security cameras if you cannot receive any notifications or viewing when not away? Very unhappy with Amcrest system, shopping around for a better security set-up. I have friends with cheap systems that can view remote on the phone with no hassle. Pissed off customer and would never recommend any Amcrest system.
