Ratings and reviews

I respect what Cash App is doing with their Bitcoin integration, their slick UI, and fast customer support response time. However, as I've tried to use the app, I keep running into major bugs and obstacles, with transfers being inexplicably blocked or taken from the wrong source. Another bug is that the app often ignores the security settings, allowing access to the app without a PIN, even when my settings clearly state that access should require a PIN. So mostly I'm finding it unusable.

easy to use and understand. straight tonthe point, simple p2p payments, easy to load, and easy to use online and in store. Newly updated to verify identity with social, so theres no multiple accounts. hopefully that means if you lose your phone or cannot get into your account, its easier to get Into, unlike how it has been. not sure about that part yet.

It's mostly great. Because Uber Eats doesn't allow one card to be used on multiple accounts, I use the cash app card as backup. The only drawbacks are that most of the boosts that you can attach to your card are not worth it because you need a separate app for it or the percentage off is small (0-5%). Also, I use MTA and the payment would "Decline" when really I did pay the fare. One time I had to dispute two MTA charges despite it saying "Declined." So it's wonky & slow in updating transactions
