It's Incredibly easy to use just as long as you've allready created a previous account with CVS OTC with your Insurance Name. So must already have a the Emails and password set up, then when you download the app, all you do is use the same Email and password to log into the OTC app. It's truly simple and no complications involved. Be aware! There are no biometrics in this app, because the app it's still in it's infancy state. But it works great if your looking to place your order.👍

Terrible! They expect elderly people among others to try to use this app? I'm in my 30's trying to help my elderly mother and had nothing but trouble. The checkout option doesn't work but the feedback option works every time. Definitely needs a lot of work.

The worst app, waste of so much time. After over an hour of slugging through overpriced products, I had to stop to continue later. This app didn't save my choices! This is supposed to be a good benefit for those on Aetna medicare, but it's impossible to rely on. Shame on CVS!
