I can't recommend Chase highly enough, the customer service, the cash backs, the interest, the round-ups etc. are all excellent. The app itself is incredibly user friendly and very reliable, I can't give it 5 stars just yet though because they have been saying for years that they'll feedback th numerous requests for a dark mode and there's still no sign of one.

Logging in (not for the first time) the app now wants to see my photo ID and a selfie. I've tried it several times and it keeps saying "oops something went wrong - try again". Not a useful error message. Got through to the help line quickly, but they can't help. Reinstall the app. Keep trying. Eventually the app will offer a manual review. Apparently. Terrible customer experience.

I am currently happy with this app. There was a problem exporting to CSV but it appears to have been fixed. One warning, the app is bloated and if you have a low resource phone this may be a problem. Personally, I don't want anything flashy or unnecessary graphics but I may be in the minority. If they have programmed this well, then allowing the user to select to run it without some of the bloat will be simple to implement.
