This app is garbage, just like the company's prompting service, when you want to talk to a representative, which is also another issue in itself. I still have to call in to pay my bills. Update 25Jun2022 AT&T has pretty much monopolized my area. They updated the app to add a clutter of service advertisements "to make other services easily accessible." Now, it takes forever to go from screen to screen in the app because every screen is cluttered with distractions. App still garbage.

Atnt service is bad, i tradein in 3 phones in exchange for 3 new ones. They said we have to ship it to a there warehouse address so we could get the promo for phones. After 10 months, they keep saying they didnt receive any phones and insisted that we have to pay the new phones for a full payment! Keep calling them for 10 months and they keep saying its under investigation!

A necessary but really frustrating app. I can't speak for everybody, but I assume most people have this app because they want to track their usage. PUT ALL USAGE STATS ON THE OPENING PAGE, PLEASE!!! Data, hotspots, minutes, etc. -- put it all up-front! It takes at least five taps and LONG waits in-between to find out whether I'm over my data limit for my hotspot. I need this app, but I hate it.
