NO-CONTACT DELIVERY
Deliveries are left at your door, unless you choose "Hand it to me" when ordering. For contactless deliveries, your Dasher will leave your food in a safe place and let you know it's ready.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Real-time tracking lets you see when your order will arrive. We've factored in food prep and handling times, traffic, weather and more so you'll know exactly when to set the table.

I have used this app for years and has been awesome. I don't know when but recently I guess they changed their refund policy. I ordered 3 items didn't even receive one of them and I couldn't contact support, all I could do was fill out a form and could only get like half the price of that item. That is terrible customer service.... I don't thing you should be changed for something you didn't get. Once my year plan is over I will not be renewing and will be moving to something else!!

It sometimes takes a full minute to start up what is essentially a web page. Just embarrassingly slow. *Every* time I open the app it suggests I enable notifications, which I have explicitly turned off because I didn't want them. It's cluttered with "curated" lists that make no sense. It constantly bombards you with useless suggestions instead of just letting you get the thing you know you want it peace. Just an absolute trash user experience for something that could be very simple.

Concept is good, We don't have a car, so services like this make life easier especially when I'm working from home and time is tight. In real life, it's just getting worse. Most orders are missing something - any restaurant. Frustrating, especially when ordering for multiple people & someone's food doesn't arrive. You can get a refund, but the times I've had to give my food to a kiddo because theirs didn't come, or had to split someone's burger in half to feed two, it's just not reliable.
