Ratings and reviews

Taking back 3 stars due to diminishing service levels! Unscientific assignment of delivery executives leading to severe delays even from a nearby restaurant. You might as well walk in to the restaurant. No point of having an app like Swiggy. Unnecessary charges in the name of offers and 'free delivery', but you endup paying delivery fees, convenience charges and whatnot. Mind you, people do not bother paying extra but expect the right service levels.

Absolute horrible coustomer service. I ordered on the 15th may and the delivery partner cancelled the order on his own. Now it's been more than a month but they don't want to refund the money. And they have been saying "we've processed the money" I've written countless mails but they never send any email or notification, they have all the time to sent promotional emails but have horrible service. I can't even contact my bank because they want confirmation email. It's really frustrating.

I have placed an order for breakfast and some of the items were missing from it. I placed a complaint on swiggy app, but they did not do anything regarding the missing items. They kept asking me to send images of the food received. I shared the images with them, But they kept asking me only irrelevant question. My issue was not solved at all. Very much disappointed with their customer service. They have treated as if I have received the food free of cost. Total waste of money and time.
