I've had this app for four years and I absolutely love it. Having the option to add resistance bands, dumbbells, or a chair adds some challenge to each workout which is great. I love how you can pick a certain mix like total body shred, leg day, arm day, etc. and it will give you even extra options for which body part (glutes, core) you want to focus more. You can customize the music, how loud you want it to be compared to the voice, or add your own music. I love how customizable it is overall

Not having been in a gym in a long time this app is great. However, it would be better if there was an option to dislike moves here like in their yoga app. I'm doing the bubble butt workout, but some of the moves are really hard on my knees. Being able to skip those moves would make this a 5 star app. *edit on 3/29 - What did I see in my workout this morning? The option to dislike moves, definitely a 5 star app now!! Thank you Down Dog team!!! 🥰

Overall, great customization options for you to tailor the style of workout you want. However, when doing full body workouts, the upper body sections tend to focus too much on front deltoid exercises instead of incorporating the side and rear delts more. If it had a better balance, this would definitely get 5 stars.
