Downloaded the free app to try for free. Everything was very easy to do. Just simply fill out the information they need and place the order. Just waiting on the sim card to add (wish they offered E-Sim during setup). But will write another review after I get the sim card and see how hard or easy it is. I see a lot of negative reviews and it did deter me at first. But I think it was human error on setting their phones up. But we'll see.

Horrible experience! Can't get any help online or at store. Have tried twice to place an order for the trial. Both times advised it was successful. Neither time did I ever receive a SIM card.

this app is a joke, it shows you a screen shot that you can do the trial with ESIM but the only option you get is a sim card mail to your address, no ESIM option for the trial at all
