Ratings and reviews

App and website have quit functioning all together. Can't find stores nearby to order from so we can't do mobile orders. I'm lucky if I'm able to reload my card on the website and pull up the barcode on the app. the website won't show the barcode, the app won't let you reload. This is ridiculous. How can something that used to work so well suddenly go to trash and STAY that way for so many months? I don't even know what my balance is half the time because that hasn't updated in 7 months.

it's fast It's convenient for when you're on the run. Or in a hurry to get to work friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to go to the one and Marshall for sure, I go there every day they're always nice. They always just about get my order right? LOL that was only one time that they didn't. It was a common misconception, so I don't even hold that against them all in all, I would rate the Starbucks and Marshall, a 5 plus stars.

App functions ok. But they rarely have offers anymore. They falsely advertise that they do have offers, but they are really just ads/promotions of products (which don't even align to my historical purchases) with no incentive to purchase or try. And it's pretty impossible to earn meaningful amounts of stars anymore. So...no real purpose to the app except as a way to receive forced Starbucks ads. Big time turnoff. I'll probably end up deleting it if they don't make changes soon.
