I opened this account over 2 years ago and rarely used it. After not using it for so long they closed my account. Thats gonna hurt my credit score I've been trying so hard to build. Because I'm losing credit history, and a line of credit. So my overall credit limit dropped, ultimately increasing my credit usage. If they are going to force you to use the card then they should have some sort of inactivity fee. Rather than close your account for inactivity. Highly disappointed...

The app used to show what items you had purchased at Amazon for each transaction, but it no longer does. That was a feature I really liked, because it made it easy to balance my card transactions against my budgeting app (Amazon bills by shipment, so if a single order is split into several shipments, the numbers don't match). Now the app is basically useless for me, and it's easier to just log into the website.

Once you pay your balance off, they drop your limit to 100$. So when you go to make a purchase the week after paying it off, SURPRISE! You only have a fraction of the credit limit you thought you had. Not to mention the hit it does on your credit when you have XXXX$ open with on time payments, and then it drops to 100$ open, all because you paid it off.
