Cannot even get the devices set up. Using Starlink with an ethernet adapter to connect to a brand new set of Deco XE75's. Internet from Starlink works as expected. Walk through the setup process in the app multiple times changing the devices, ethernet cables, location, etc., and still, the app says it cannot find the Deco even when it finds them in the network list. Customer service is one email at day at best and ask me questions about things I've already explained.

Unnecessary Ads! Looks like a new update to Deco's apps, a utility app to debug issues when their device isn't working properly, is pushing ads on my phone. The ad was for Amazon prime day! Why is my router sending me ads? Can we stop the 24/7 onslaught of constantly being pushed to buy stuff, please!!!!!! I've found where to turn off the ads, but my next router purchase will likely not be a TP-LINK if this is how they want to engage with their customers.

The Deco devices themselves work fine, but this is the absolute most frustrating app that I have. it works about 50% of the time at best. it regularly has trouble connecting and saving setting changes. for instance, right now I'm trying to unblock one of the computers on the network, but I'm repeatedly getting a message that says" failed to save settings, try again later." these issues occur regardless of if my cell phone is connected to the Wi-Fi or the cellular network.
