Requesting a personal ride has never been easier on Uber Lite— Here’s how it works in four steps:

Open the app
Confirm where you are and tap to select your destination
Choose a vehicle type
Confirm your ride

What happens after you request?
Your location and destination information is shared with your driver so they know where to pick you up and drop you off.

Once you've requested a ride, the app will show you all the information you need about your upcoming trip, including your driver’s name, picture, contact information, vehicle details, progress toward your destination, and their time to arrival.

When your trip is over, pay in cash. Uber Lite does not accept digital forms of payment at this time.

pathetic app 2nd time bad experience. price shows 800 and after reaching the location it changes to 1100 that too without traffic. also when there is a simple route without toll then why does the map showing to take the toll and then add that money to the bill

😡THE WORST APP OF ALL TIME..THE PRICE WHICH IS WRITTEN BEFORE THE BOOKING IS DIFFERENT AND AFTER REACHING THE DESTINATION IT CHANGES AND INCREASES BY 20 TO 30 RUPESS..THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED WITH ME MORE THAN 10 TO 11 TIMES...THE DRIVERS ARE RUDE...THE CAR OR AUTO NUMBER WHICH IS SHOWN IN APP IS DIFFERENT AND THE ONE WHO COME TO PICK UP IS DIFFERENT MEANS THERE IS NO SAFETY AT ALL FOR ANYONE...I SUGGESTS YOU TO NEVER EVER USE THIS APP AND TELL THIS TO EVERYONE YOU CAN..TO AVOID IT...🙏🫡

this app is so pathetic. it always shows different fare to me and to the driver, I have to always pay extra than what the app shows to me when the ride ends. even the customer care is of no help. worst experience. it's even more frustrating when, the drivers end the ride so I have nothing to show as 'evidence' of the ride fare (as showed to me )so I hv to pay according to what they ask for!
