To use the Dillons app, you'll need a Dillons digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

This app used to be usable and I could easily change the store location. Now it's full of popups and useless buttons. All I want is to change store locations and search item locations easily. 1 Star until this is fixed. Edit: response to developer comment, uninstalling and reinstalling the app did nothing. The app is still ridiculously cluttered and does not easily let me change the store manually like I used to be able to.

It randomly, frequently refreshes. It also changes the quantity of an item or completely removes it from the cart without rhyme or reason. EVERY TIME I check out, it kicks me out and says the time slot I chose isn't available. For some reason, it no longer lists which coupons are 5x use, so you have to switch to the website to check. I don't understand how it can be so bad, and the latest update made it WORSE.

This app is such a pain to use. It frequently freezes up, or just won't load. I have to try several times before it accepts any charges, or if I'm trying to start a new order. Even if I'm just trying to check my points balance, it won't always load. I have to close it out and try several times. I want to use order pick up at Dillons more often, but this glitchy app is the reason I choose Target or Walmart more often.
