Ratings and reviews

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

Absolute garbage anymore. The past few months have been horrible. Nest devices, Google speaker devices, Gemini, all of it. Absolutely useless garbage. Simple commands and routines no longer work, it regularly tells me it can't do something it's done for years, and now it's changing my thermostat in dangerous ways. Never been an issue until a few months ago when literally every Google product I own started rapidly deteriorating on the software side. I'm done with Google.

There are so many features that don't work reliably and it's so hard to navigate and find the settings etc that you are looking for. It's nearly impossible to find any help/support. You click on a link to help and you end up going in circles. It's not my Internet (fiber) or network everything else works fine. Some family members can view video history and others can't because there is some error. Tried and checked everything we can find but nothing fixes it. (not a network/internet problem)
