2025 sep: change phone, one token disabled. Online and phone access all is dead. Wowzer.. Bad execution over the years 28sep2020: saying my device has been rooted.. App can't be used anymore... 26dec2019:One token, don't use it... There's no back up if the app is reset,i and happened to encounter that, and managed to disable the one token via phone call... However still unable to reset my password cos the system locked me out for 3 days due to maximum retry as I can't access my one token..

Not a friendly user app, the worst bank app ever downloaded, Try to transfer valid MY bank acc but show bank acc does not exist, every time login like just downloaded the app key A-Z again-wasting time. Hard to find the transaction wanted in the app. ❌ 👍🏻 access. Suggestion pls compare MBB app to help u all. Never received OTP OR after approve the transaction but it went back to paid payment again. The card not all payment can use the wave end up manual way to the key in the pin or other payme

I can't change my keyboard to number when typing password due to the keyboard is behind my navigation bar.
