Ratings and reviews

A great feature would be the ability to send reminders in app to the previous users who have forgotten their items in machines. I live in ana apartment complex. We have 5 washers and dryers shared by 48 units. People leave items over night. It would be great to select a machine and send a pre-typed, message to previous user, "come get your stuff!" Maybe a 15 minute delay before another can be sent to prevent spamming. it would certainly increase the number of transactions.

Wrong estimate times, bluetooth takes forever to find the machines, server is often unreachable. Recently, while trying to add a quarter with $2 to go, it went through three loops on the app (make a selection on the machine, please fund your account, and machine is in use) before it finally worked. I had to stand like 30 feet away for it to work right. Just use quarters.

Signed up for the app to do laundry at an Airbnb rental. Added funds, and then it would not let me use them on the washing machine. The only way to proceed was to tap on their "special offer" which required me to enter my phone number and go through a verification process that I very much did not want to do. In-app support is just a useless bot.
