Not about the app, but the wireless device: A nice concept, but it's SUPER inconsistent. Sometimes at 300+ Mbps. At others, 0.5- Mbps. And at other times, none at all. …It's SUPER FRUSTRATING!! All I want in this house, is consistency. I would accept, like… 30 Mbps, flat, all the time, with no wavering. Anything where websites/apps still remain functioning (without it *constantly* dropping out, when T-Mobile isn't in the right "mood").

Look, the App is garbage. It is super slow, if you need specifics or need information, this app is not where you get it. The chat feature is laughable. You get connected 99% the time to someone who doesn't understand and cannot help. This may be AI, it doesn't work whatever it is. Most of the information reported is inaccurate. The app cannot even get my phone right for 4+ years. Please do better T-mobile.

The app is extremely slow, and won't open without internet which is ironic as I want to use the app to report dead zones but can't open it while in one. It also drives me insane evrey time a software update happen I get a notification to "optimize apps" which just means they try to get you to install bs bloat ware. You used to not be able to swipe this away at all. Now you can swipe it away just for it to come back 10 min later and need to click no on all the apps to remove the notification
