Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience. While placing an order, payment failed and I received no confirmation message or notification, so I assumed the order was not placed and ordered again from another phone. Later I found that the first order had actually gone through. When I tried to cancel, there was no clear cancellation option and the second order was marked as non-refundable,and I suffered a financial loss .The ordering and cancellation process needs to be much clearer. Such a worst experience.

The payment system is a scam. They always try to convert to another currency with inconvenient rate, I many times ticked "remember for future payments" and still sets the wrong currency by default. The other day, tired of this, I cancelled the order and explained this very reason (wrong currency), and the transaction went through on its own! With the scammy rate! So I cancel it and they refund me 2 days later... and surprise, some of the money is missing. It's not a lot, but I feel robbed.

I like that I can check menus, prices, ratings, reviews, and delivery times before ordering. The tracking feature is also helpful because I can see the status of my order.
