Very poor app and a disappointing experience, like many other ride-hailing apps in the UAE. The company seems to have little control over its drivers. At night, drivers may accept a ride but stay far away, then start the trip as if you had boarded, even though you never met them. This seems more common with prepaid rides. Customer service may also deduct part of the refund, leaving you to pay for a problem you did not cause.

Very bad application and extremely disappointing customer service. They advertise a discount on the first 3 rides, but they charge the full amount and claim that the discounted amount will be refunded within 3 days. However, nothing is refunded. The customer service team is not solving the issue and keeps giving the same excuses without any actual resolution. Very misleading and untrustworthy. It feels like a scam. I would not recommend this app at all.

Extremely unreliable. Drivers cancel, or delay pick up times and then cancel (which is worse). Drivers can claim to be at the pick up point on the app, when the map show they clearly aren't (they'll be 5 minutes away and still claim to be at the pick up point, try and make you walk to them, and then cancel when you're obviously not there). It doesn't matter how much time you give them, they will screw you over. Choose anything else. Trains, buses, Uber, literally anything is better.
