I've had nothing but problems for months now. I've emailed several times, because they keep taking payments out on whatever date they feel like it and I've told them from the beginning, the last day of the month!!! Several times I've tried to contact Google One with no success. Not once has this issue been resolved! And I got two payments!!(taken twice )payment last month!! They owe me a payment for my plan! No one can get ahold of this app!! Even tho it says chat, call, email, no one answers

I love the additional storage offering, but the "free" AI trial messed up everything. My renewal date is now 2+ months earlier, and my price more than doubled. I'm trying to work this out with support, but I might just have to cancel and do a partial chargeback through my credit card company. I really don't want to pay for the AI addon and I also want to keep my old renewal terms and not lose 2+ months. Oh and let's not forget that they are discontinuing the VPN.

This app was managing my Pixel 2XL backups. I did a backup and reset my device, and my device would not recognize the backup when setting up the device, even though I could see the backup in my Drive. Google support was absolutely horrible; they would ask me to go through everything from scratch each time, and always give me the same answer with a link to how to restore my device. When I would have support assist with this, they would always get stuck on the same step I did, and escalate. Very frustrating to have tech support 'escalate' your case, only to have the next tech get stuck at the same place, and repeat. Wasted hours. I don't suggest you trust Google to back up your apps, data, or messages and call logs. Use other third party apps to do this in addition to Google's backup scheme. My wife had an issue with her iPhone backup and was able to go to a store and get support.
