My first booking: Booked a pick up at Home Depot. I completed my transaction in under 5 minutes( app said that I had a 5 minute window). Found my driver waiting. When I opened the car door he claimed that I cancelled the ride and would not take me. I later found out that I was charged for the cancellation that I didnt request. My guess is that as I was only travelling a short distance, he was waiting for a bigger fare.

Not too bad, but one suggestion I have is to implement a better ride History page, that includes all drivers even if the ride wasn't completed, and be able to rate everyone because I've had a few instances where the driver was 2 mins away from my house and then suddenly cancelled the ride for no reason - wasting 10-15 mins of my time and causing me to be late. No way to report, because the customer gets charged if they cancel the ride last minute, so the driver should have repercussions too

this app has so many bugs. it's just a waste of time. if you need to get to work better request 1 hour after, and the prices changes in 1 sec, from 12 to 26. I waited for around 20 min for a driver to accept my ride, then I canceled because it was too much time and they'd charged me fees for canceling. and this happened many times. never using this app again.
