This service used to be a lot cheaper and would often give discount codes, now the price can jump 1-2 dollars within a few minutes, even if you're scheduling a ride an hour or two in advance and discount codes are very rare and save next to nothing. It's becoming more and more like Uber. Today a ride I was scheduling jumped in price 3 times within a few minutes, it's ridiculous. I have been using Lyft because it's the least expensive, but I guess they want to be like the rest.

Selected "Wait and Save" because it was $3 cheaper. I waited for 15 minutes, THEN they pretended to search for a driver, which I had to wait over 10 minutes for and still no driver. So I opened Uber and immediately got a driver and only had a 5 minute picking wait (Though they kept trying to upgrade my $9 ride to a $24 ride.) Now the app won't even load properly anymore. I switched phones and it still won't load past selecting my destination. Horrible. It's been over 2 years. No change.

This app has been a life saver when my car went down. Had no problems till today, I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this but the app is starting to freeze and glitch. For some reason the app keeps trying to stiff the driver out of the tip want to give them and cut the price in half. I don't have any coupons active of any sort. Please address this problem as this is one of my life lines to getting around for now.
