This is a piece of garbage, stupid software. You've already paid for and booked a driver, but they can automatically cancel halfway through the trip without refunding your money, and they even charge all sorts of handling fees. A driving instruction that should take less than 5 minutes turns into a 15-minute wait, and there's always the possibility of automatic cancellation, only to be replaced by an even farther one. It's simply the most idiotic software ever.

ZERO STARS. It is a frustrating experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. The drivers are usually okay, the app is the problem. So unreliable. just take public transit if possible. at least your arrival/pickup times will be closer to accurate. I finally give up and will just delete the app.

First time using the app and while it offers standard driver options, drivers won't accept fares unless it's the higher cost options. Also once paying for the higher priced ride and getting dropped off I was waiting for the driver to end the ride so I could decide on his tip. He then extended the drop off location which added almost $10 to the cost of the trip after dropping us off. 10/10 trash experience. Chef's kiss.
