Application is good but advertisements are so much bothersome, and many ads have no option to skip or close ads. Definitely need to work on it. It's fine to have an ads, but it has to have close or skip option.

A PERFECT DUMBBELLS EXCERCISE APP!! Reducing 1 star, cause the excercises are repetitive, as ones you gain strength and stamina the expert level excercises feels easy, please add more excercises and difficulty levels... But over all, very neat and clean app, I recommend this to everyone!!

Please don't waste your time on this app. I worked out on the intermediate plan till the 25 day mark, taking rest days and eating the recommended amount of protein. The changes are nowhere to be seen. The only changes were in the first week. The exercises shown are not in the right form and are not very effective. After 25 days of exercise, I was not even able to reach 20 pushup count. I could do about 10 when I first started. Please try other apps.

Hello Atharv, sorry for the disappointment. Please note that progress in fitness varies for each individual and depends on many factors. Please check with a fitness professional to ensure proper form. Performance increase in pushups and other exercises also depends on individual factors like muscle memory and state of health.
