Like COUNTLESS other complaints, and you still haven't corrected the issue. Google assist no longer works. Using the "Hey Google" voice command opens a Google browser, it is no longer hands-free assistance. Using the only advice you have given- to retrain voice still does not work!! Listen to what your customers are saying, you have a 2-star review and are a trillion dollar company. Fix the issue, it's not rocket science.

"ok google" stopped working and long pressing the home button also does the same. It just opens this app now. I've turned it on and off, retrained the voice command. Turned off and on things it helps with. restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled this app. Gutted as I used it quite a lot but now I can't do anything hands free. Please actually properly read this review. So many people are having the same issue and the answer is to 'retrain' it but we've done that!

It used to work perfectly until 2/3 days ago. Now it keeps saying it doesn't recognise my language which is English. Tried varations such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand but to no avail. Very frustrating, albeit irritating to the extreme. Why can't Google sort out these issues instantly. Undoubtedly I'm not the only one pulling their hair out!!! 😡
