The credit card details are missing - statement balance, min amount due, due date, and outstanding balance. I understand you wanting to compete with digi payments but you cannot forget that you are a bank, first and foremost, and having the info available is part of your service to your bank/CC clients. I had to login to old app to see the info and pay. My billers did not carry over to the app so for me this app is practically useless, I will never use it as a digi wallet.

When are you going to give us an update? This app and BDO online is not working anymore. I already cleared my cache and try re-installing both apps but same error. It keeps on crashing upon opening. I can't even put my credentials. Workaround is to use the website version. This is too much hassle!

This is a horrible app. I can't even open it. I'm stuck at the OTP (the worst form of security in the world). When I actually receive the OTP it says it's incorrect. The "resend OTP" link is placed under the number "2" so it cannot be clicked on. Whoever the devs are that made this app should be fired. It's completely unusable & useless
