Ratings and reviews

The prices are changing during the ride. They are not giving you a reason, the support team's explanation was "The prices are calculated using a complex algorithm". The support team was not capable to give an explanation, I reopened the ticket three times and finally they gave me the money (less than 50 cents, it's not about the amount) just to close the ticket for good.

Bro, fix your online payment! Every time i pay online, at the end of the ride, it says: your money have been refunded to you. Then i end up being "in debt" on the app because it doesn't take my money properly... this happened so many times before it's starting to get annoying honestly... because sometimes i forget to MANUALLY pay from the app itself and later i end up paying double or triple because the money keep going on red and obviously i have to pay the "debt" before i can use the app again

I wanted to get to a certain street at the border of the city, however the navigation system used by Bolt incorrectly chose it and I was taken 6 km away from it, in the center of the city. When asking for explications and a refund, I received nothing, but was rather threatened that my account would be banned if I keep sending "false"information. Overall, it was some of the worst customer support I have ever seen.
