This app is often functionally useless. The main functions I need (wifi pausing and content protection) either don't work, or don't work reliably. I try to have a downtime schedule, but it pauses the device outside of the window, too. The content filters don't do anything. My kids can still access websites that shouldn't be allowed. AT&T, I really want to stay a customer, but these bugs are eroding my loyalty. Can you help?

Abysmal customer service experience. AI responses are braindead and it passes no info to live agent, so you have to start over your troubleshooting. Many UI problems that complicate the experience, like a keyboard popup that hides what you're typing. Blank messages are often sent in chat, so I don't know if I'm missing cruciak info. The agents also seem to give up rather quickly on the troubleshooting process. I'm switching to Xfinity solely due to AT&T dropping the ball on customer service.

Can't add profiles in the app. Keep getting an "Activating Active Armor internet security" error, even though the service is turned off. I had successfully created one profile, which has now been deleted and I'm unable to create profiles at all now. The in app chat AI doesn't even know how to answer the question. This is fairly ridiculous and quite annoying. I've tried reinstalling, wiping the cache and data, to no avail.
