"So far it seems that the initial issues that I was having has been resolved. Hopefully all is fixed now. Otherwise the app is very good and convenient to me. Thanks for fixing the bugs!" *UPDATE* It seems that something is going on with the app, for the last 2 weeks! I didn't have a problem with my transfers and now (for the last two weeks) I do! Whenever I try, I get a message saying to contact customer service where I'm then told to go on the website to make transfers! Still doesn't work!

I love the app for the most part, but the alerts and notifications are not working. I'm trying to set up alerts, and a message keeps popping up saying (SOMETHING WENT WRONG SESSION CAN NOT BE INITIATED). I was wondering why I wasn't getting any alerts when getting a deposit or doing a transaction. I'll give a 5 star when it's fixed.

The app seems alright, but the customer service is piss poor. It's another overseas call center, and they want your entire card number, name, dob, phone number, zip (most of which you already gave to the automated system) - then when you don't give it all, you just want policy clarification, they talk over you and hang up. They shouldn't need all that info just to tell me policy. Sounds fishy.
