If your considering a prepaid card find another! I have been with Brinks for years and now when I needed customer service (which yrs ago was fine) now is worthless. I was charged overdraft fees, was supposed to have a 3 day courtesy clearance on unauthorized chg all of it never happened. Then they wouldn't even credit me the $20 fee for 2 night delivery on a card that showed up in an envelope almost torn in half and card bent to where it was unusable and expected me to activate it!!

Zero star rating.....this app is so unreliable and you get stuck in a limbo loop trying to get thru to customer service. The call center is located out of country and you can't understand a word they speak and when you ask kindly to repeat they get very angry and place you on hold for eternity then pick up and disconnect you. Then for some reason you are completely locked out of your account. I now have erroneous pending charges and no way of resolving. Scammers in training!!!!!

This app is the absolute worst. Their entire service is convoluted and impersonal. Every phone call takes you through multiple computers before reaching a call center overseas, AND to top it all off they charge $2-$3 to withdraw from an atm or get cashback or make an online transfer. The fact that Domino's is so cheap they force us to put our meager tips on here should be a crime. I'm being charged $3 every time I want to get a portion of my pay! Don't use this app!
