I like metro PCs when it works. the app to manage the tlife home wifi. doesn't work as much as it does work. they app using there services, only seem to work great for paying online, anything outside of that, is hit or miss. great service when it works, to the dice and how you get lucky. customer service is always nice. you would expect better quality app/ website functionality instead of constantly asking you to come back later and constant buffering using their service on their app.

I've been with Metro for years now and they have been great to me. Affordable, friendly, supportive, and just helpful. Auto pay is the best way to go if you are able to set it up, you are able to receive discounted rates. If you pay your bill in store there is a fee. The app works well and allows you to see the monthly billing breakdown details and amounts. Plus Tuesday perks are awesome too.

This use to be a great app, you could pay your bill on your phone, it was so convenient!! Now the app is awful and every time I want or need to use my phone I'm forced to look at a bunch of ads. They take over my lock screen and force open a web page to said ads after I unlock. Worst "update" ever. I've been with metro for about 10 years and have always liked it, but now I can't stand all the forced ads.
