Slider feature for selecting how many if a certain donut you'd like in the half box option wasn't working. I'd select to of a certain type and when I went to slide the bar for two of another type, would switch back to one and when I would select add items just to try and get past it, would say please select six even though it wouldn't allow me to.

App is slow and hard to navigate. It wouldn't let me use my reward. If I had the reward items in my cart and apply the reward, it still tried to charge for the reward items. So I removed the reward items from my cart and applied the award and checked out. The reward items were not included in my order. So, no way to redeem the rewards! Also, this is a drive through not a restaurant with service, a tip is automatically applied last minute that you have to remove.

highly annoyed that after removing the tip that was automatically applied to my total before checking out, the tip was still added to my final checkout total. I'm sorry, but this 'tip culture' is getting out of control. I'm not going to tip you for doing your job unless you're an actual waiter or waitress. very deception to still include and charge for a tip that the customer removed. canceling order and application.
