Crashes all the time! Sometimes just going to the workout screen to change power causes it to crash. Refuses to connect to the trainer if anything else is... which means I connect it, begin my warmup ride before calibration, turn on the Garmin Edge to record the ride, open Garmin Connect to sync, go back to the Saris app... and it crashes. But now it won't reconnect to the trainer because the Edge is connected. But I don't know how else to calibrate the trainer? So I'm stuck with this app.

What is it with Saris and software? You could have gotten a free intern to write something substantially better, like it could display speed during calibration, but apparently that was too complicated or required more than 30 seconds of gui design thought. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't buy another Hammer based on your 'd' for effort software. Seriously, if you are going to be in the market of selling "smart" devices, hire the appropriate staff and do it right.

Can't calibrate. I cycle flat out at max gear, 3, 7 and it still tells me to accelerate to 21mph, meanwhile I see in rouvy that my uncalibrated speed is 35 mph.... Edit: changing rating to 3 because the customer support is tremendous. I got an email with a lot of details from one of their most senior developers. My situation still isn't resolved but I'm confident it will be. I'll revise again once it is.
