To use the Smith’s app, you'll need a Smith’s digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

I don't know how long it's been (at least 4 months), but I get a loading loop when trying to use the app. The lag is huge (often 30-45 seconds) even when I'm connected to WiFi. When not connected to WiFi (e g. in-store), the app doesn't work/load. This is problematic because I shop at Smith's every week and, since I no longer have the app to shop my grocery list, I have to print it. However, when I send the list to the printer, it prints a blank page. PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS!

I like the app because I enjoy picking up my groceries. The thing that upsets me is when I go to buy some of the same things I purchased the last time, it's now only available through delivery instead of pick up, and they don't deliver to my house. It also bugs out a little and signs me out while I'm using the app and makes me go through loops to get signed back in.

Terrible app, horrible layout. If you figure out how to add coupons it won't actually matter. I added several coupons to my account, went to the store and checked out, punched my number in and the system didn't recognize it. The cashier didn't care or help so I was forced to pay full price for the times, even though I tried to get a coupon for them. And would not have purchased without the coupon. :/ would not recommend
