Terrible app. I switched from Bell Internet to Telus over 1 month ago. I think only on one occasion did this app appear to work. Since then, it hasn't allowed me to see and or control any WiFi connected device. It just fails to connect. I called Telus rep acknowledged it was flawed and their device are working on a new version. For now, it gets a 1 star review.

Like everything else with Telus broken links. Can look at it but nothing can be done in it without errors. Support what is that an AI that doesn't help or just tell you to contact support. Replacement of equipment can take weeks now. Pay your bill and don't complain, nothing get done.

Absolutely horrible app and equally horrible support !!!! I tried the app again, because one of the digital boxes lost WiFi connection "again" !!!!! And the box is less than 15 feet (4.5 meters) from the modem / router !!!! But the app was useless!! Fortunately, I was able to use the WPS option and I'm now connected. It's sooooo frustrating. Why did it disconnect in the 1st place? No use calling support, half the time they don't believe me, AND it takes too long to get to a "human".
