Absolutely horrible app and equally horrible support !!!! I tried the app again, because one of the digital boxes lost WiFi connection "again" !!!!! And the box is less than 15 feet (4.5 meters) from the modem / router !!!! But the app was useless!! Fortunately, I was able to use the WPS option and I'm now connected. It's sooooo frustrating. Why did it disconnect in the 1st place? No use calling support, half the time they don't believe me, AND it takes too long to get to a "human".

0 out 5 Editing so that people know it still is one of the worst apps out there. Always an issue. Currently it almost never recognizes that devices are connected to the wifi so if you do get a list and want to pause a device, it may take several attempts and a very long time before you can generate the list again and unpause it. Sadly this is the only way to access the devices and use certain features For a tech company, they are sure terrible at making apps

I just had my service upgraded, with a new modem as well, and now the device list is missing from the My Connect app. I have tried everything to fix it, and it worked just fine with the previous setup (not Pure Fibre). From the comments here and on the Telus support page, it seems many people are having the same problem. Is there a plan to fix this? It's a really bad bug.
