Ratings and reviews

The app is good if there aren't any issues with your order, if there's a problem though support is terrible!! Pro: they have promo offers and work with a lot of different restaurants. Con: You spend forever trying to chat with someone to try and resolve an issue (no #), without much resolution or help, left even more frustrated! You also can't reach drivers to check if they forgot items (even though the app pretends to call them). Very frustrating experience when things go wrong!!!

Starting to prove themselves unreliable and difficult to navigate the app when it doesn't function that well I have to constantly update app every 15 minutes or so. I can have a full text conversation with support through the app when I actually achieve a stable connection. Keep getting told it my phone that's having issues but I'm speaking with them through their app. I think Doordash might become a better fit. I just don't know what the issue could be. Maybe I'm a bad customer and don't know.

This started out as the top delivery app in my area. However, it's has become one filled with errors on delivery and the customer service is abysmal. The help section is a joke and it is very hard to get connected to a real person. When you do, it takes forever and half the time they cannot resolve the issue. I use others when at all possible, which is a shame because I will say Uber Eats has the best selection.
