There are probably worse music apps out there but this is the worst I've ever had to use. Navigation is awful, every screen interacts differently, sometimes it won't let you play a SPECIFIC song you have purchased and downloaded - I have to start the whole album at a different track and skip forward until it gets to the one I want. If I sold music this is the last platform I'd want it on, it's a small step up from just "doesn't work"

app was amazing for years, now I have to skip to the end of songs and back to the beginning to make sure the app doesn't automatically skip it for me, and it deleted thousands of songs that ive gathered over almost a decade and now the app crashes when I click "download playlist" on my own liked music page. idk what Amazon is doing but they need to stop before this app becomes worse to use than Spotify.

EDIT: this app absolutely is horrendous and has been going into a steep decline for at least a year now. Offline music? Nope. They claim its there but a simple Google search is going to show you thousands of complaints otherwise. Traveling? the music you purchased back home is no longer available. Use a different service. great. reinstalling it twice a week. four times today alone. reporting the app. if you wont fix it get rid of it.
