It works most of the time and it's handy. I've run into a problem in which I have to reset the modem every time or have constant packet loss. I thought it was my 3.0 modem, but buying a 3.1 did nothing, seems to be infrastructure in my area. Where I'm getting at is the reset modem option is inaccessible, when I boot the app it shows that the equipment is being reset, but it isn't and I didn't press it. The only way I can now reset is by tricking the SmartHelp into doing so.

In the past few days i have received at least 10 outage texts. Experiencing tons of outages lately which is crazy since I am paying on time every month for service. These outages don't last just 5 minutes either. When I go to the app for an update or to ask for some help, it crashes. Really annoyed with cox & this is affecting my remote work.

Too many bugs in the app! I can't even connect in the app to speak with someone, and it keeps transferring me to a business account page when I try to get help with my Internet! We have a Connect to Compete account, and I have never had so many issues as I have now. They refused to right their wrong for us either. We were part of the Program where our internet was supposed to be covered! They refused to acknowledge this, and kept messing up forcing us to pay for it.
