App is awful. Times out constantly and never works. This has happened multiple times in the last several weeks. Extremely frustrating and don't want to go to the physical thermostat or a website (at least both options work). Isn't that why the app was created? For ease of use? Whatever changed it is NOT for the good. Very disappointed, especially now when dealing with the heat wave.

Real basic, but it does work. It would be nice to have multiple schedules like with my Lenox icomfort app. There I can have a winter schedule, a summer schedule, a spring or fall schedule, an away setting and a wood stove schedule. They can each have their own nuances. Here I have to reschedule for everything. It's kind of a pain in the neck. EDIT: Lately it has been having nothing but web errors when trying to connect. It kind of negates the whole idea of a smart thermostat.

This app works reliably. That's how it gets 3 stars. The rest? The UI is straight out of 2012 with zero attempts to modernize. You have to manually tap 15 minutes at a time to make a scheduled temperature adjustment. Is it really that hard to include a fast dial animation? EDIT - their response, lmao 2024 addition - sometimes you simply cannot connect to their app. No reason why, just doesn't feel like connecting. Now down to 2 stars.
